PCI-compliant payment security
Card payments are processed through Stripe, a certified Level 1 PCI service provider. Card numbers are never stored or transmitted through our servers.
Payment plans, no surcharge
Families can split a registration fee into installments at no additional cost. A declined installment is retried automatically before staff are notified.
Cash, checks and waived fees
Cash, check, and waived payments are recorded manually and included in the same reconciliation as card payments.
Refunds to card or credit
A refund can be issued to the original card or credited to the family’s account for use in a future season.

Transparent platform fee
The platform fee is 2.5% of each registration, disclosed to the family before payment. No fee is added at checkout.
