Background checks tied to roster access
A coach or volunteer’s access to a team roster requires a current, approved background check. Access is granted only while the check remains valid.
Access removed automatically on expiration
When a required background check expires, access to rosters and contact information is removed on that date, without action from staff.
Administrative roles scoped to one program
A registrar, treasurer, or program administrator is granted access to a single program only, never the entire league by default.
Read-only access for board members
A board member can be granted a role that displays every figure without the ability to change registrations, payments, or settings.
Minimal data collected on every child
Children under 13 are not given an account of their own. Only the information needed for safety and eligibility decisions is collected.
A documented record if an incident occurs
Injuries and incidents are logged with a return-to-play hold, giving the league a clear record if a claim is ever filed.
Every role, and what it can access
An administrator assigns a role to a person for a specific program, with the access that role includes shown before it is granted.
